1st meal- kashi cereal

all the meals are two hours apart
I'm also going to the gym for two hours 6 times a week
First hour- treadmill

how are peppermint spirit, anise spirit, and cinnamon spirit used?

i bought some of these products and i have searched what they do but not how to use them can i dilute them in teas or drink them in pure form i think it seems a bit strong any ideas on how i can use it??

Is this a healthy way to lose weight (my friend)?

I've noticed that one of my friends has been losing a lot of weight, fairly quickly, but I don't think it is very healthy. I think she did it because she was/is tormented at school about her weight, especially by boys.
She never eats breakfast because 'she feels too sick' which I know where she is coming from but it is constant. During the day she will eat very little, and she has said that she only eats fruit during the day (two peaches and an apple) and will only eat half a sandwich, IF she has something for lunch. For the past couple of days she hasn't had her tea, and not only is this worrying, but is it even healthy?
In all honesty I think she is doing in to attract boys but I'm really worried about her.

-The reason this question is directed toward teabaggers is because your new hero and man of the hour is Glenn Beck. You hold him in very high regard, and hang on every word spoken by him. Someone who thinks we need more "God" in our lives, and yet this man has zero credibility over Hawking. Before we built our "Big Government" business could do whatever it wanted to make a buck: no safety regulations, no worker benefits, no pollution control. Why do modern Americans worship the Almighty Dollar so much? Whatever happened to MLKs dream of economic and social justice? Or have we finally decided profit margins mean more than advancement of American society towards the dream of equality of opportunity?
Ohhhh I finally understand politics. It's not an argument to find common ground, it's just leading ignorant masses around who don't actually understand anything about the governmental structure of the country they're voting for the leader of.

Why do the Republicans and Tea Party mask up their true intentions?

Why don't they just come out and openly state their true intentions and declare support for a final solution for the muslim question, a final solution to the mexican question, a final solution to the black question, a final solution to the homosexual question? Why do they constantly claim they are not white supremacists yet they constantly do racist things and support racist policies. Why do they not just openly admit that they are white christian supremacists and proud and that they think that America is only for the white European Christian?

I don't understand why anyone would be a Republican and support the Tea Party unless you agree with those type of "values". They're not just about fiscal conservatism, not a all.
As long as the Republicans and Tea parties continue to promote that racist lynch mob mentality I'll continue to pull the "race card" and rightfully so.

I am a 7th grade History teacher for a very Liberal district in PA.

I always try to make history as interesting and important to current life as I can, else how can you get children interested?

I decided to do a section on controversial presidents and their philosophies. I had everyone just about from Washington to Obama. I decided to pin Richard Nixon and Obama against each other in a mock debate as if they were running for president today. All the things good and bad were brought against them. The anti war movement against Nixon and the Tea Party movement against Obama... this is where I hit a snag.

One of my black students did not like the fact that I said that their was opposition to Obama in America and that the current movement has gain some ground. His parents came in and complained to our principal. I was pulled out of class and was told I would be fired if I ever taught that their is opposing voices in America that go against Obama and his administration. I was told that the Tea Party is not a legitimate organisation and that it is not allowed to be talked about in the classroom.

Any other educators out there encounter this themselves, what can you do when you are told you are not allowed to teach certain aspects because one person doesn't like to hear a differing view?

I hope to hear some good responses.

What is this pain? help!!?

I have this pain in my left breast . Every time i touch the area it hurts, it feels like it's the middle but it's not because the area hurts . It also hurts by it's self. I sometimes feel it on the other one but it doesn't hurt that much. It sometimes hurts under my breast and around it like on my far left side were my ribs are. I sometimes feel it were my breast bone is and i keep having this feeling were i need to burp but can't. Sometimes my chest a little bit above my breast . It gets really bad when i eat something like cheese or pita bread i feel like i want to burp but can't and then i get a hot feeling in my chest. My shoulder bone hurts and when i sit in some way .

I'm 14 and a girl and fat.

I'm thinking of only eating vegges and fruits and not use any oil but boil them .

What is this and should i worry ? I'm drinking green tea right now
